At Shop Fakhroo, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and tracked within Bahrain.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all locations within the Kingdom of Bahrain, including:
- Manama
- Muharraq
- Riffa
- Hamad Town
- Isa Town
- Saar
- Budaiya
- Other major towns & residential areas
International shipping is not available at the moment.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the product type and location:

Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Charges
- Orders above BHD 10 → FREE delivery across Bahrain
- Orders below BHD 10 → Delivery fee of BHD 2.000
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Remote areas
- Special installations (ACs, major appliances)
4. Installation Services
Some products include optional or mandatory installation:
- Air Conditioners / Large Appliances
Our certified technicians will contact you to schedule installation after delivery.
- Installation fees (if applicable) will be mentioned on the product page.
5. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed:
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
- Products are packed securely from our warehouse.
- Dispatch details are shared once the order is shipped.
- Delivery team will contact you before arrival.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our team will make two delivery attempts.
- If both attempts fail, the order may be cancelled or rescheduled with an additional fee.
7. Click & Collect
If you offer store pickup:
Customers may choose to collect their orders from our Bahrain showroom/warehouse.
Pickup location and timings will be shared after order confirmation.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Report it within 24 hours of delivery via

- Please share photos/videos for quick processing.
- A replacement or inspection will be arranged in accordance with the warranty guidelines.
9. Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to:
- PO Boxes
- Outside Bahrain
- Unsafe or restricted zones as determined by logistics partners
